Nashville family photography | A favorite

This is the session that almost didn’t happen.

At least like this anyway.

You see, Katy and I talked the morning of their session and we were a bit worried about the high, high winds.   We talked about moving their session indoors somewhere, but we had a vision for their session and really, really wanted to give it a go since this had been planned for months. I’m glad we did, because I captured some of my favorite images to date during this session.  Not to mention, when they walked up and I saw their clothing choices I knew they would totally rock it.  I am a huge fan of neutral colors, soft fabrics, textures, and layers in my sessions.

Get ready…I might have over shared a bit here. 🙂
